Enquiry and consultation
Share your drawings, specifications and performance requirements. We review them, ask the right technical questions upfront and respond within 2 business days.

System selection and quotation
Our engineering team recommends the right system for your project type, exposure and budget, then issues an itemised quotation with full specifications, product origin, performance data and lead times.

Shop drawings and documentation
On award, we prepare project-specific shop drawings and technical documentation. Commercial projects also receive performance certificates and structural calculations.

Procurement and supply
We manage procurement, logistics and delivery, supplying exactly the systems quoted, on schedule and with complete technical documentation.

Installation
Supply-and-install across the GCC for large projects, with our own site teams and full coordination — or supply-only for contractors with complete installation guidance.

After-sales support
Our engineering team remains available after installation for technical support and follow-up.
