Each layer closes a different path that sound uses to pass a door: the gap around the leaf, the leaf itself, the hardware and the threshold.

45° magnetic acoustic seal
An EPDM magnetic seal strip set at 45°, with a cushioning (buffer) structure, around the leaf.
Closes the perimeter gap to block outside noise and keep rooms calm.

A 5.5 cm thick door leaf filled with homogeneous graphite/graphene sound-insulation board.

Concealed, silent hardware

Magnetic silent lock

A magnetic lock body for aluminium-wood doors, with keyhole and key; the lock plate can be finished in the same colour as the door leaf.

Unlike a mechanical latch it makes almost no impact noise — ideal for bedrooms and studies.

Minimalist silent lock

A slim silent lock and lever set for aluminium-glass doors, in New Porcelain Black, Moonlight Grey, Milk Tea Grey, Tata White or Galaxy Gray.

Quiet operation with a lock colour matched to the frame.

Concealed side hinges

Side-concealed hinges — including a 2D-adjustable version — hidden in the frame edge, with a high load-bearing capacity.

Hidden hinge for slim glass doors

A new hidden hinge for outward-flush, inward-opening slim doors: 90° opening and a 3.5 mm standard closed-door gap.

Easy to install, silent, and resists sagging over time.

A surface flag-type hinge offered as an alternative to concealed hinges.

Hydraulic buffer floor stop

A floor-mounted door stop with a hydraulic buffer.

Catches the door softly, protecting the wall and leaf from knocks.

Automatic drop-down bottom seal

A seal concealed in the bottom of the leaf that lowers by up to 14 mm as the door closes; supplied in U-shaped and bridge-shaped profiles (30 mm high, 14 mm wide).

Blocks sound under the door and keeps out insects and mosquitoes, with no fixed threshold.

45° EPDM magnetic seal strip

An EPDM magnetic gasket at 45° with a cushioning structure around the door leaf.

Seals the leaf against the frame to block noise and soften closing.

55 Series aluminium-wood door — flush inside, inward opening

Visible frame on both faces with 28 mm architraves; leaf sits flush with the frame on the inside. Shows visible size, order size, opening size and a 5 mm installation allowance each side.

40-10/16 Slim Sliding System

Aviation-grade aluminium slim frame with a 10 mm sightline and a track hidden in the wall

Leaf fitted with a T-rib profile that slots into the track for a sealed, light-tight joint
Track pre-embedded and concealed in the wall — no conventional cover plates
10 mm visible frame width; closed leaves form one flat surface
Linkage parts, slots and screws are hidden — self-adhesive or recessed fixing
Optional 16 mm top lock latched to the track; suitable for frameless designs
